Organizational Structure

OSE's Semiconductor Group in Taiwan, combined with OSE Philippines, forms the backbone of our IC packaging and testing services. By also maintaining a global network of offices, we are able to maximize our responsiveness to our customers.

The proximity of our EMS Group also allows us to efficiently utilize EMS support, which enables our extensive range of system-in-package manufacturing capabilities.

Our EMS Group in Taiwan, in addition to our subsidiary in Suzhou, China, handle mass production in an extremely flexible, efficient and cost-effective manner.

Our subsidiary Sparqtron, located in Fremont, California, caters to projects (such as NPI and prototyping) that require even more flexibility and responsiveness.

The close integration of all three operations, under the common leadership of a single President, ensures that we can always fulfill our customers' individual requirements.
