A Plastic Leaded Chip Carrier (PLCC) is a four-sided J-leaded plastic integrated circuit package. OSE's PLCC package lead counts range from 28 to 44.

Application

PLCC device is suitable for use in SMT applications, it can also be installed in a PLCC socket. The application include memory, processors and controllers.
