OSE continues our investment in all aspects of ESG to deepen the sustainable development while maintaining the business growth, taking care of all employees, focusing on talent cultivation, providing diverse training resources, etc. Thus, we again obtained the gold medal recognition of TTQS (Talent Quality-management System) in 2023 after the obtaining of gold medal in 2021.

TTQS is a quality management system developed by the Workforce Development Agency, Ministry of Labor to enhance corporate human capital, implement talent cultivation, improve training quality and assist employees to effectively enhance their workplace competitiveness through stages of planning, design, execution, verification and result ; the TTQS evaluation is the inspection and certification of the level of compliance of indicators within the training system.

OSE pays great attention to the cultivation of employees and continuously improves the talent development system.
