Code 001 Type for identifying of individuals according to the《The specific purpose and the classification of personal information of the Personal Information Protection Act》.
Time period, area, target and way of use of Personal Information.
a. Time period: the working time that OSE spend on replying and processing your comment on OSE’s website.
b. Area: Taiwan.
c. Target: OSE and its affiliates, as well as the competent authority or judicial authority which, according to the rule of law, is entitled to request the provision of personal information.
d. Way of use: by way of automated machine or other non-automation means.
Your rights and ways to exercise as prescribed in Article 3 of PIPA
a. Any inquiry or request for a review of the personal information, making duplications of the personal information, while OSE shall be entitled to charge the necessary cost.
