OSE wins the " Best Attractiveness Award" at 104 Job Bank's Best Employer Brand Awards

Managing and cultivating "employer brand" is the way for employer to attract and retain talents. This year, 104 Job Bank held the “Best Employer Brand Award”, featuring EVP(Employee Value Proposition) as the core indicator which includes co-creation, diversity and sustainability. OSE also joins this campaign and won the " Best Attractiveness Award" among total 444 companies joining the “Best Employer Brand Award”.

Cultivating an "employer brand" is not only about reaching out to external job seekers but also needs to be paired with internal employees’ experience. Through the participation to this award, we summarized our business milestones and performance in recent years. Taking multiple recruitment channels as an example, a total of 62 recruitment activities has been held in 2023; meanwhile, we also actively participated in campus recruitment events, corporate briefings, giving lectures at campus and join the internship programs encouraging students to plan for their career development in advance; retention rate of interns in the recent period also reaches 100%. The participation in activities organized by the job bank could also increase the number of potential candidates.

In the first quarter of this year, we also lunched the "Female Engineer" video on diverse social platforms, the video delivers and shares our friendly workplace and had a cumulative total of more than 18,201 views ; With the experience sharing from the female engineers/engineering supervisors working in OSE to answer the doubts in the minds of female job seekers as well as to let all audiences understand the corporate value of OSE, the required talent characteristics, our experience activities, welfare and the workplace diversity, equality and inclusion.
