Since 2019, OSE has partnered with National Cheng Kung University (NCKU) in promoting the Career Coaching Program (CCP), now in its sixth year. The program is designed to help students shape their career paths through a series of ten hands-on sessions each semester, personally led by OSE’s senior and mid-level managers. Acting as career coaches, they guide students in developing practical workplace skills while sharing their own professional journeys to help participants better understand industry trends and explore their future directions.

The 15th edition of CCP in 2025 began with an in-person visit to OSE’s headquarters in the Kaohsiung Nanzih Technology Industrial Park. Through immersive factory tours and interactive dialogues, students gained a more systematic understanding of the upstream, midstream, and downstream dynamics of the semiconductor supply chain. The visit also introduced students to the company’s core values, organizational culture, and the wide range of career opportunities available sparking new inspiration for their professional aspirations.
