Orient Semiconductor Electronics., Ltd. firmly believes that talent is the cornerstone of sustainable corporate development. In response to the call of the “2025 TALENT, in Taiwan – Taiwan Talent Sustainability Action Alliance,” OSE officially joins the initiative, pledging to take concrete actions to cultivate talent sustainability and collaborate with alliance partners to build a better future.

All feedback receives comprehensive and timely responses, and the completion rate of topics discussed in executive town halls is high. We will continue to optimize the workplace environment and take concrete actions to strengthen labor relations.  Looking ahead , we will continue to deepen its talent development strategies and support initiatives in collaboration with CommonWealth Learning and over 500 alliance partners.
