Cultural Walk to Foster Connection

To promote employees’ physical and mental well‑being and to strengthen cross‑department and cross‑cultural engagement, the OSE Employee Welfare Committee organized three sessions of the “Explore Zuoying Ancient City” cultural tour, attracting nearly one thousand enthusiastic participants. Designed with an engaging puzzle‑solving and stamp‑collection format, the event guided employees through the historic Zuoying Old City, encouraging them to discover local history, cultural heritage, and community life on foot. Employees were also invited to participate with their families and friends, fostering interaction, meaningful connections, and a stronger sense of community.

Low-Carbon Actions for Sustainable Living

The event encouraged walking instead of using transportation, practicing a low-carbon lifestyle. It combined an electronic guidebook with interactive tasks, allowing participants to learn while enjoying a healthy walk. Each participant received a sustainable gift set, including a custom-designed jute bag, a foldable umbrella for sun and rain, and a reusable cup strap—promoting reuse and reducing single-use items, demonstrating the company’s commitment to sustainable living.
