OSE's 2022 Sustainability Report & ESG Website Section are Officially Released

To assist youth and the general public in gaining a deeper understanding of the semiconductor industry, OSE hosted the "2026 Industry Unboxing Day." The event invited high school, college, and university students, working professionals, and the children of our employees to participate. Attracting nearly 50 attendees to step inside the company, the event utilized diverse and interactive experiences to introduce the semiconductor packaging and testing industry, explore future career possibilities, and provide deeper insights into OSE's corporate culture.

On-Site Visits | Revealing the Realities of the Tech Industry

The event began with an industry introduction to help participants build a foundational understanding of the semiconductor supply chain and the packaging and testing sector. Subsequently, attendees visited the production lines to closely observe the manufacturing details and the smart production environment. During the role-playing segment, participants personally experienced the daily tasks and challenges of various positions. Through these interactions, they learned about the core competencies required in the tech workplace, turning their future educational and career planning from theoretical concepts into practical insights.

Career Connection | Inspiring Personal Reflection

The conclusion of the event featured a dedicated sharing and networking session, guiding participants to consolidate what they had learned and re-examine their own interests and goals. Many attendees expressed that stepping inside the enterprise gave them a more multidimensional understanding of the semiconductor industry and provided substantial inspiration for their future studies and career directions.

The transition from campus to the workplace, or navigating a career change, is often accompanied by uncertainty. By opening its corporate facilities, OSE hopes to build a transparent platform for exchange between the industry and talent.
