OSE values talent cultivation and recognition, holding model employee award every six months. So far, 1,479 employees who have excelled in their work positions have been recognized. They not only enhance their own work efficiency but also influence the team through their actions, becoming positive role models in the eyes of their peers.

This year, among all internal model employees, 5 local employees and 3 international migrant workers were nominated to participate in the Model Worker selection for the Nanzi Bureau of Industrial Parks and the entire industrial park area, and all of them were successfully selected. Among them, 4 colleagues also received the honor of being Model Workers for the entire industrial park area and were invited to attend the "114th International Labor Day Commendation Conference" organized by the Bureau of Industrial Parks, Ministry of Economic Affairs on April 29, where they received public recognition.
